A teacher in infant and primary education for 19 years in state schools in Catalonia, a task she has combined with initial teacher training (UAB, Blanquerna, UManresa) and permanent teacher training (CDEC, ICE UAB, ICE UPC, College of Doctors and graduates, CP Palma, etc.).

Dr. Carla Quesada Pallarès
Doctor in Education (2014) and Master in Education (2009) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), Master in Methodologies of Behavioral and Health Sciences (2014) from the National University of Distance Education (UNED), Postgraduate Diploma in Continuing Education Management in Organizations (2008) from IL3-University of Barcelona, and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2008) from the University of Barcelona (UB).
Associate Professor and Final Degree Project Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Manresa (UVic-UCC). Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Neuroeducation at UVic-UCC. She was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Leeds (2015–2017) and a Predoctoral Researcher at UAB (2011–2015).
Member of the EFI-GIPE research group (since 2008). Her research focuses on the evaluation of continuing education in organizations (learning transfer, impact; teacher training, corporate training, vocational education and training; training, women and work) and on entrepreneurship and education. Jordi Cantons Palmitjavila
